Our on-demand online lessons can be played on iPads, iPhones, or computers via an internet browser. As long as you have WiFi, you can access the course. Most science activities require common household items, so you won’t need to purchase any special materials. The items are listed in both the workbook and the video guides.

While we don’t offer a separate parent guide, the course book includes detailed instructions for each page, paired with corresponding video guides. This setup provides clear guidance to help parents support their child’s learning.

Yes! As a member, you can order additional course books and materials for 50% off so multiple children can participate in the course.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is always included with any STEM School course or Tappity app membership purchase, with no additional fees required. However, this does not include our Explorer Handbook.

Physical products, such as workbooks, will ship within 2-3 business days of your order and arrive within 5-7 business days.

Digital products will be delivered via email within 1 business day, containing registration and activation details.

We will always strive to deliver things as quickly as we can. However, there are some circumstances that may lead to delays. In these situations, we will do our best to communicate the status with you.

We offer a full refund within 30 days for incorrect items or items damaged in transit. We regretfully do not offer refunds for any other reasons.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, it must be returned in “like new” condition before a replacement is sent.
  • Items Damaged in Transit: Please provide photo proof of the packaging when requesting a refund.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hey@tappityapp.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Our team will assist you in either receiving a refund or arranging a replacement.

We do not accept cancellations for either products or services once purchased. However, we do offer refunds within 30 days for incorrect or damaged products, per our return policy.

Educational Savings Accounts (ESA), Payment, Discounts

For all ESA programs, simply check out on this website and choose "Request an Invoice" as your payment method. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a PDF invoice, which you can submit to your state’s ESA program for approval. Once approved, we’ll begin fulfilling your order.

In some states, Tappity is listed in the ClassWallet marketplace. You can access the marketplace here and search for Tappity. When you check out, you’ll have the option to pay with your ClassWallet funds, and approval/payment will occur in real-time. Visit this link for an updated list of participating states.

No, we do not offer discounts for products sold through our webstore.

Generally, the process is the same across states. You can check out and request an invoice to submit to your state's ESA program for approval.
